Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Lil Nas X dan Billie Eilish adalah beberapa nama peraih penghargaan tahun ini. Billie Eilish misalnya meraih 3 penghargaan sekaligus yakni Best New Artist, Push Artist of the Year dan Best Editing dalam MVnya "Bad Guy".
