SOLO, solotrust.com - Grammy Awards ke-61 yang dipandu oleh Alicia Keys berlangsung pada Senin (11/2/2019). Digelar di Staples Center, Los Angeles, lebih dari 80 penghargaan telah diberikan kepada musisi-musisi terbaik dunia.

Childish Gambino dan Kacey Musgraves mendapatkan piala Grammy terbanyak tahun ini, yakni sebanyak empat piala.



“This Is America” dari Childish Gambino berhasil menyabet Record dan Song of the Year. Capaian tersebut menandai untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah sebuah lagu rap memenangkan penghargaan tersebut di Grammy. Selain itu, Gambino juga memenangkan penghargaan untuk kategori rap/sung performance dan music video (MV).

Sementara itu, kategori Album of the Year dimenangkan oleh Kacey Musgraves dengan albumnya "Golden Hour". Selain itu, ia juga memenangkan tiga piala lain yakni untuk kategori Best Country Album ("Golden Hour"), Country Solo Performance (“Butterflies”), dan Country Song (“Space Cowboys”).

Sedangkan penyanyi asal Inggris Dua Lipa berhasil mendapatkan penghargaan artis pendatang baru terbaik. Ia menang dari sederet artis pendatang lain yakni Chloe x Halle, Luke Combs, Greta Van Fleet, H.E.R., Margo Price, Bebe Rexha, dan Jorja Smith.
